- 58 years experience in Marketing Business Development or Learning & Development field in a people-first business or freelance role
- Familiarity with social and digital marketing platforms
- Drive energy and a growth mindset with willingness to up skill for a new economy
- Strong communication skills and confidence in video conferencing
Responsibilities
- Engage in regular online training and professional development
- Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital platforms
- Learn and apply lead generation methods through our proven system
- Conduct structured interviews with qualified candidates
- Support onboarding processes and information flow
