Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement forward-thinking sales strategies for the real estate industry
- Build powerful client relationships and open new markets across South Africa
- Hunt for new business opportunities while strengthening key account growth
- Collaborate with leadership to shape TVAs commercial roadmap
- Deliver performance insights pipeline forecasts and growth strategies to the Executive Team
- Drive initiatives that unlock new revenue streams and enhance client retention
Minimum Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Experienced with at least 5 years in sales and commercial strategy roles ideally within PropTech SaaS or real estate
- Degree-qualified in Business Commerce Real Estate or Marketing (MBA a plus)
Knowledge and Skills:
- Commercially astute strategic and results-driven
- Tech-savvy comfortable using CRM and BI tools to drive data-informed decisions
- A relationship builder and natural networker with a track record of closing deals
- A confident leader who can motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Extroverted energetic and passionate about transforming the property industry
