Job Summary

  • Provide first-level support for desktops laptops and peripherals (keyboard mouse headset etc.).
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues including OS network connectivity and basic application errors.
  • Assist in setting up new user workstations and peripheral devices according to client specifications.
  • Perform routine checks on workstation performance and report abnormalities.
  • Support basic VOIP and headset configurations.
  • Provide Level 1 and 2 support for hardware software and networks issues.
  • Troubleshoot Windows Server OS Office 365 VPN FIX and application support to our proprietary software interfaces to our customers during 8/5 hours of trading.
  • Respond to support tickets via email.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding (account setup device provisioning). Document issues and resolutions accurately.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in IT or desktop support (preferably in a BPO or seat leasing setup).
  • Basic understanding of Windows OS MS Office networking (LAN/WAN) and remote desktop tools.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability
  • Willing to work onsite in a fast-paced BPO environment.



Required Skills:

AutoCAD Drafter Requirements: Bachelors degree in engineering computer science or architectural studies. Previous work experience as an AutoCAD drafter. Advanced knowledge of CAD and AutoCAD software. Advanced knowledge of mathematics science engineering and architecture. Knowledge of state safety and structure regulations. Excellent technical design skills. Good communication skills. A keen eye for aesthetics and detail. Ability to project manage.
