Job Summary

Job Description

This position performs daily support activities for HCD including responding to inquiries and process repayment calculations lien releases or subordination agreements for HSP and AHP Owner-occupied programs; processing voluntary program applications and requests; providing back up for community and voluntary programs; and facilitating HCD vendor management and compliance in alignment with FHLBanks Vendor Management Policy.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or its equivalent is required. Bachelors degree is preferred.

  • One to three years of similar or related experience with a minimum of one year of previous office experience. Real estate transaction background preferred.

  • Experience using MS Office products including Word Access Excel PowerPoint as well as SharePoint Visio and other programs.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work with a variety of business partners to achieve corporate and department objectives.

  • Must be able to bend and lift 25 pounds.

  • Ability to work overtime as needed.

  • Ability to work independently and use general office equipment.

  • Ability to become a Kansas notary.
