JOB TITLE: Multimedia Systems Support Technician
SUPERVISOR: Multimedia Instructional Technology Manager

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This position collaborates closely with faculty SMEs the information technology team and the instructional design team to support the effective integration and use of technology for teaching and learning across multiple modalities.
Responsible for managing and administering all classroom A/V requirements and provisioning. This student-centric role is responsible for delivering excellent support service to meet the needs of the institution communicate with faculty and staff and translate the institutions needs into operational procedures and systems.
In addition this position will be responsible for recording digitizing editing and archiving streaming video files that support online course instruction as well as providing support for webinars and videoconferencing meetings. This position may assist the Multimedia Instructional Technology Manager or members of the Information Technology team as needed.
