Responsibilities and Duties: - Act as a point of contact for staff and visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Work with Operations Administrator to accomplish daily tasks
- Work with Human Resources on various administrative tasks
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assist in the preparation of regularly schedule reports
- File and retrieve company documents and records
- Data entryUpdate and maintain databases
- Respond to emails telephone and face-to-face inquiries
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and process outgoing mail
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
