About the Role:

Are you passionate about recruitment and want to make a real impact across a growing national business Were looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our Human Resources team. Youll play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment support across all Australian branches helping us find the right talent to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across Australia and New Zealand
  • Post job advertisements on various platforms and manage internal approval processes
  • Screen resumes shortlist candidates and schedule interviews
  • Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage the candidate pipeline
  • Liaise with external recruitment agencies and partners
  • Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience
  • Support the HR team in refining and improving recruitment processes
  • Assist with HR reporting and contribute to broader HR initiatives and business plans

About You:

Youre someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling multiple recruitment activities while maintaining attention to detail. Youre also a strong communicator who builds great relationships and keeps candidate and stakeholder experience top of mind.

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and administration
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels of the business
  • A customer-focused mindset with a drive for delivering high-quality service
  • Ability to interpret recruitment legislation policies and procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities while staying calm under pressure
