As a Global Senior Manager of Learning Experience (LX) you will be instrumental in shaping executing and evaluating the worldwide talent development strategy directly supporting the Companys and Learning Experience Teams global objectives. This pivotal role ensures consistency and streamlines global LX processes while leading and developing teams across diverse geographies.

You will spearhead critical initiatives focused on LX improvement enhancement digital adoption and leveraging technology to optimize LX processes thereby significantly improving the Speed to Proficiency for new hires in collaboration with Local Geo LX leaders.

The global talent roadmap you define will foster the growth and development of all learning experience team members ultimately enhancing organizational effectiveness and global employee performance.

Key Responsibilities:

The Global Senior Manager Learning Experience will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Strategic Program Leadership: Lead the strategic planning and execution for the design delivery and evaluation of comprehensive global learning programs. This includes leadership development technical skills training and onboarding initiatives across multiple geographies supported by Local LX Geo Leaders.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate effectively with global functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize critical learning needs and skill gaps ensuring alignment with global business objectives. Foster a robust culture of continuous learning across all regions.

  • Leadership Development & Guidance: Provide expert guidance and support to aspiring leaders across diverse geographical locations. Facilitate impactful leadership workshops and seminars while remaining abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices in leadership development.

  • Engaging Training Delivery: Deliver dynamic and interactive training sessions workshops and learning events to diverse global audiences. Ensure content relevance maximize participant engagement and optimize knowledge retention.

  • Global Team Coaching & Development: Coach and develop a high-performing global team of learning experience professionals offering consistent guidance constructive feedback and ample professional development opportunities to support their growth and success. This involves managing and supporting local LX teams serving as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for client-facing LX initiatives across all sites.

  • Strategic Learning Solutions: Develop global learning strategies that are meticulously aligned with and directly support overarching business objectives. Design relevant prioritized solutions that address global talent needs.

  • Content Conceptualization & Development: Conceptualize and develop tailored learning content for audiences across various functions and shifts spanning multiple geographies.

  • Learning Management System Oversight: Ensure the global curriculum is accurately tracked and meticulously maintained within the Learning Management System.

  • Data-Driven Impact Measurement: Establish robust metrics and analytical frameworks to measure the impact and effectiveness of global learning initiatives. Utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize program outcomes.

  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay current with emerging trends and developments within the business landscape. Proactively recommend and implement global enhancements to programs and processes as required.

  • Scalable Solution Design: Identify learning gaps and recommend then create scalable global learning solutions designed to enhance learner retention job performance and the overall employee experience.

  • End-to-End Strategy Implementation: Implement the global learning and development strategy and solutions encompassing the entire cycle from Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to design and delivery through to impact analysis all aligned with global business needs.

  • Performance & Talent Management: Manage the maintenance and execution of performance and talent management processes ensuring their linkage to operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness across all geographies.

  • Employee & Manager Support: Provide comprehensive guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management processes career development pathways and individual learning plans globally.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong Content Moderation Experience

  • Exceptional presentation interpersonal and influencing skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to coach mentor consult and partner effectively with peers and functional leads across global teams.

  • Strong proficiency in learning design and delivery methodologies.

  • Thorough understanding of both proven and cutting-edge learning experience methods and best practices for global organizations.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and sensitively across diverse cultures and time zones.

  • Proficiency in MS Office/GSuite and Learning Management Systems.

Work Experience:

  • 5 years of experience within the BPO industry.

  • Extensive experience in managing learning experiences and solutions for global organizations with a proven ability to manage global stakeholders multiple geographies and varied shifts.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development Business Administration or a related field (not a strict requirement).

  • Learning design and delivery certifications coaching/learning/psychometric certifications will be a significant advantage particularly with 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a global context.

Other Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions by applying logic to identify key facts explore alternatives and propose high-quality solutions within a global environment.

  • Must be adept at fostering a positive and productive work environment with the capability to lead build cohesive teams and motivate staff across diverse geographical locations.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal management skills.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently while proactively considering global time differences.

  • Self-motivated highly directed and possesses keen attention to detail.
