About the Role
The PMO Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning project reporting and governance activities across technology and business initiatives within RBC. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical communication and organizational skills who can collaborate effectively with both technology and finance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management Tool Admin: make sure all questions of PV are addressed update & reconcile information between source data and Planview monitor the changes in Planview
Project Governance: Help implement and maintain PMO governance standards monitor compliance and manage risk and issue registers.
Project Risk Management: Navigate the enterprise approval process for change initiative risk assessments and provide guidance to project practitioners
Project Support: Assist with project planning budget tracking resource allocation and documentation to ensure projects stay on track and within scope.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect analyze and report on project data including progress risks and budgets to provide insights and support decision-making for project managers and senior leaders
Process Improvement: Identify lessons learned and areas for improvement within project execution and PMO processes to enhance efficiency.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between project teams stakeholders and leadership ensuring alignment and a shared understanding of project goals.
