We are seeking enthusiastic and confident Call Center Advisors to join our dynamic team in the healthcare sector. As part of our customer service and sales team you will handle inbound and outbound calls providing support and assistance to potential customers through hot (OTP-driven) leads no cold calling.
Handle customer inquiries confidently and professionally over phone calls.
Provide excellent service and convert hot leads into sales.
Understand customer needs and guide them through healthcare services/products.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer satisfaction.
Work collaboratively in shifts as per the roster schedule.
Excellent communication in English and a regional language.
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence on calls.
Ability to handle both sales and service interactions.
High adaptability to work in a roster-based shift environment.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Training & Certification:
15 days of comprehensive training provided.
4-day certification process post-training.
