Are you passionate about building relationships helping customers succeed and driving growth Were looking for a Customer Success Representative who thrives at the intersection of client support and revenue this role youll be the go-to partner for a portfolio of clientshelping them realize the full value of our product while identifying opportunities for upsells renewals and long-term retention.

This isnt just supportits about becoming a trusted advisor guiding strategic conversations and driving measurable outcomes for both the customer and the business.

What Youll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor

  • Proactively engage customers to ensure satisfaction product adoption and strong ROI

  • Spot growth opportunities (upsells add-ons feature upgrades) and partner with Sales to close

  • Lead renewal discussions with a focus on retention and long-term value

  • Monitor customer health usage data and satisfaction scores to anticipate and address risks early

  • Deliver onboarding product training and ongoing check-ins to maximize client success

  • Partner with Product Support and Marketing teams to surface feedback and champion customer needs

  • Maintain clear accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activity in CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot Gainsight etc.)

What Were Looking For

  • Early career candidates (03 years) with experience in customer-facing or relationship-driven roles

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable engaging with decision-makers

  • Consultative value-driven mindset with an ability to spot opportunities for growth

  • Goal-oriented motivated by KPIs tied to retention and revenue outcomes

  • Familiarity with CRM or customer success platforms (Salesforce HubSpot Gainsight etc.)

  • Bonus: experience in SaaS tech or subscription-based business models
