Job Summary

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow sales within the oil & gas mining and power generation industries
  • Actively cold call and re-engage current and previous customers
  • Build maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate field service and machining solutions
  • Prepare quotes and estimates for jobs sold; comfortable reviewing scopes pricing and timelines
  • Coordinate with operations and field teams to ensure accurate job execution
  • Represent our client professionally at customer sites meetings and industry events
  • Track opportunities customer activity and sales progress

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience in one or more of the following:
  • Oil & Gas
  • Mining
  • Power Generation
  • Proven ability to cold call and develop business through relationship building
  • Experience selling industrial services field services machining or maintenance solutions
  • Comfortable quoting and estimating jobs-not just handing them off
  • Strong communication negotiation and customer-facing skills
  • Self-motivated disciplined and able to work independently in the field

Notes:

We are going to have a hard press to find an industrial Salesperson for PFS. They must have -5 years minimum in the oil gas mining and power generation industries. Not afraid to quote/estimate the jobs they sale. Must cold call on current and previous customers. Build those relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical understanding of industrial equipment rotating equipment or heavy machinery
  • Existing industry contacts within oil gas mining or power generation
  • Experience working closely with operations or field service teams
  • Established reputable company with strong industry presence
  • Opportunity to make a direct impact on revenue and growth
