Job Summary

RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in healthcare recruitment for both domestic and overseas candidates across hospitals nursing homes home care and community care settings.

We are currently hiring a Physiotherapist to join a leading hospital in Dublin Ireland.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an effective and efficient physiotherapy service within the ward based on comprehensive patient assessments and identified needs.

  • Provide the highest standard of care by implementing evidence-based practices and operational procedures aligned with hospital standards.

  • Stay updated with new developments techniques and technologies in physiotherapy to ensure ongoing clinical competence.

  • Work flexible hours as determined by the Physiotherapy Manager in accordance with service requirements.

  • Foster strong working relationships through open communication and collaboration with medical nursing and allied health professionals.

  • Participate in and contribute to in-service training programmes and professional development activities.

  • Engage in continuing education and research to enhance clinical knowledge and service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records statistics and documentation for organisational and legal compliance.

  • Support senior staff in reviewing and updating physiotherapy policies and protocols within Cardio-Respiratory and Orthopaedic services.

  • Participate in the on-call and weekend rota as assigned demonstrating reliability and commitment to patient care.



  • Requirements

  • Hold a recognised Degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification.

  • Be registered with the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP).

  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferably in an acute hospital setting.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

  • Strong communication organisational and interpersonal skills.

  • Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice
