Were looking for a driven and customer-focused Parts and Service Advisor to join our high-performing dealership team! In this dual-role position youll be the face of our service departmentguiding customers through repairs and maintenance while ensuring the right parts are always in play.

Location: 20 Frank Nighbor Place ON
Compensation: $50000 - $55000 per year Bonus
What You Will Be Doing:
- Assist clients in the parts store
- Ascertain auto services by listening to customers description of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules
- Check in customer RVs with inspection sheet write ROs with customers ensuring all work requested is captured with a customer sign off and Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions
- Develop estimates by costing materials supplies and labour; calculating customers payment including deductibles
- Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms problems and causes discovered as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into service database system
- Provide Parts or the Auto and RV Techs for ROs.
- Desire and capability to assist happy clients to obtain the right products
- Ability to perform parts inventory audits
- Work without constant supervision
- Follow all Health and Safety guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Table:
- High school education or equivalent
- Understanding of automotive parts
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly attitude
- Above-average technical knowledge
- Valid G Drivers License and acceptable driving record
