Position Overview
ThePaid Media Specialistwill be responsible for planning executing and optimizing paid media campaigns that drive measurable results.
This is ahands-on on-site roleideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment enjoys analyzing data and is passionate about testing new strategies to maximize ROI.

Youll work closely with the marketing analytics and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan execute and manage paid campaigns acrossGoogle Ads Microsoft Ads Meta and TikTok.
- Develop and optimizeSearch Performance Max Demand Gen and Displaycampaigns to achieve target KPIs.
- Continuously monitor and adjust bids targeting and creative to improve performance metrics such as CTR CPA and ROAS.
- Perform keyword research competitor analysis and audience segmentation to refine campaign strategy.
- Collaborate with creative and web teams to align ad messaging with landing page experience.
- Track measure and analyze campaign performance; report actionable insights to leadership.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital advertising trends betas and optimization tools.
Qualifications
- 2 years ofhands-on experiencemanaging paid search or PPC campaigns (agency or in-house).
- Strong knowledge ofGoogle AdsMicrosoft Ads andMeta Ads Manager; TikTok Ads experience a plus.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver results across multiple platforms.
- Experience indirect response marketing attribution and conversion tracking.
- Analytical thinker with a deep understanding of campaign data and metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field preferred.
