As our agency business is growing we need a capable individual to join our training team to support agency growth by providing excellent on-boarding training journey. Join our training team to support the Company must win priorities and supporting our front-line agency force.
Position Responsibilities:
Deliver quality training to the developed training programs align with the need-based selling concepts in new agent training
Take ownership of training program and responsible for the quality of training delivery
Responsible for training video filming and post-production
Monitor the training effectiveness of the programs
Active role in promoting the communication channel with managers and collect feedback on training program
Handle other ad-hoc duties
Required Qualifications:
Degree holder
Native Putonghua speaking would be an advantage; Proficiency in English and Chinese both spoken and written
Experience in training video filming and production
Good interpersonal skill and customer focus
Self-motivated well organized and attentive to details
Strong PC skills in MS Office Teams Chinese word-processing and video editing
