Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your contributions will directly impact the success of the organization. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager you will play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of accounts across multiple industries ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering strong client relationships.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $80000 - $100000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts across industries such as hospitality real estate non-profit construction and property.
- Handle quoting for new and renewal business ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with Account Executives Producers and support staff to deliver exceptional client service.
- Maintain and update client information using EPIC software.
- Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to client needs ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Support the onboarding of new clients and assist with policy changes endorsements and claims as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience using EPIC software and working as a generalist across multiple industries.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
