Position Description:

Job Title: Operations Engineer
Experience: 69 YearsLocation: BangaloreWork Mode: Onsite/Hybrid (as applicable)Availability: Weekend On-call Support (Primary Requirement)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Operations Engineer with strong hands-on experience in cloud-based infrastructure monitoring automation and incident management. The ideal candidate should be flexible to work in a 24x7 environment and available for weekend on-call support as part of operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

. Monitor and support production and non-production environments across multiple platforms.
. Handle incident triage resolution and escalation using tools such as ServiceNow and Datadog.
. Execute and manage scheduled jobs using Control-M Autosys or Airflow.
. Troubleshoot system application and database issues efficiently.
. Develop automation scripts using Python or Shell scripting to improve operational efficiency.
. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure system stability and uptime.
. Maintain observability through dashboards and alerts using Splunk and Grafana.
. Support and maintain data pipelines and integrations involving AWS and Snowflake.


Technical Skills Required:

. Cloud: AWS (SQS SNS DynamoDB EKS)
. Databases: PostgreSQL Cassandra Snowflake
. Schedulers: Control-M / Autosys / Airflow
. Monitoring & Alerting: Datadog Splunk Grafana
. Ticketing & ITSM: ServiceNow
. Scripting: Python / Shell scripting

. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
. Willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support during weekends.

Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps tools will be an added advantage
