- KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
- Month-End Confirmations: Coordinate with teams to gather and send billing confirmations to clients tracking responses and addressing queries.
- Billing & Invoicing: Prepare review and send accurate client invoices ensuring timely and accurate billing in accordance with approved contracts.
- Data Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile approved vs billed data and address discrepancies in a timely manner.
- MAJOR DELIVERABLES:
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain up-to-date billing records assist in generating reports
- Collections & Follow-Ups: Monitor outstanding invoices follow up on pending payments and escalate issues when necessary.

Educational Qualification: Graduation (Any stream)
Years and type of experience:2 years
Technical Competencies:Proficient in Excel
Behavioral Competencies: Communication Customer Relationship Management
