Job Description:

Un poste sous contrat VIE (Change activities - In-service Engineering) est à pourvoir au sein dAirbus Commercial Aircraft / Airbus India à Bangalore.

Missions et responsabilités :
Vous serez en charge des activités principales suivantes :

Soutenir le responsable du changement dans diverses initiatives de changement y compris mais sans sy limiter la normalisation des méthodes de travail des processus ou des formats de données au sein des différentes composantes compétences et équipes de lingénierie en service.

Lobjectif est de réduire les différences et les incohérences ce qui permet dassurer un fonctionnement et une collaboration plus fluides.

• Organisation des réunions (Des réunions doivent être organisées avec les parties prenantes concernées en fournissant un ordre du jour clair pour ces réunions).

• Activités de gestion de projet (Les activités clés comprennent la définition de la portée du projet/de lactivité la création dun calendrier de projet/dactivité le suivi des progrès la gestion des risques et la communication avec les parties prenantes).

• Collecte et analyse des données (Les idées et propositions des différentes équipes et individus doivent être collectées et organisées dans un format plus structuré. Les données doivent être préparées et analysées à laide des outils et processus numériques disponibles afin de simplifier la prise de décision).

• Préparation de rapports détaillés et de présentations (Les rapports ou les présentations doivent être préparés afin de suivre ou de présenter les progrès aux diverses parties prenantes).

Compétences requises:
Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes:

- Planification et échéancier de projet

- Maîtrise des logiciels et outils de gestion de projet ainsi que des connaissances techniques de base des aéronefs (structures et systèmes)

- Flexibilité pour travailler au sein dune équipe diverse multiculturelle et internationale.
- De bonnes compétences en communication et en présentation

- Une aptitude à lapprentissage continu pour se développer et évoluer.

- De bonnes compétences interpersonnelles pour tirer parti de la réflexion collective.

- Faire preuve de proactivité pour définir sa propre contribution au rôle et aux exigences.

The VIE is a specific contract under Business Frances eligibility criteria.

The Franco-Indian agreement recognising the V.I.E. program is open to applicants who meet the following cumulative criteria:

French nationality

Graduated with at least a Bachelors degree (BAC3) within the past year at the time of the visa application

Up to 28 years old (a V.I.E mission can begin no later than the day of the twenty-ninth birthday).

Must be registered on the Mon Volontariat International website before the age of 28

A VIE for a Change activities - In-service Engineering has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft / Airbus India Limited in Bangalore.

Tasks & accountabilities

Contribute to the Change activities including Harmonization to achieve greater flexibility and efficiency across In-service Engineering (1S).

The role involves supporting the Change leader with various change initiatives including but not limited to standardizing ways of working processes or data formats across different components skills teams across inservice engineering. The goal is to reduce differences and inconsistencies allowing for smoother operation and collaboration.

• Organize meetings: Meetings to be organized with the relevant stakeholders by providing a clear agenda for the meetings.

• Project management activities: Key activities include defining the project/activity scope creating a project/activity schedule tracking progress managing risks and communicating with stakeholders.

• Data Collection and Analysis: The Ideas/proposals from different teams/individuals need to be collected and arranged in a more structured format. The data should be prepared and analysed using available digital tools and processes in order to simplify the decision making.

• Preparation of detailed reports and presentations: The reports or presentations are to be prepared in order to track or present the progress to the various stakeholders.

Required skills:

- Familiarity with project management software and tools as well as Aircraft basic technical knowledge (Structures and systems)
