About the company
Geekhunter is recruiting on behalf of our client a local subsidiary of a global stationery company offering an extensive selection of high-quality ergonomically designed and competitively priced products for educators professionals students and home users.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales in the Central Java region.
- Build long-term relationships with B2B clients master dealers and distributors.
- Lead and motivate a small sales team to achieve targets.
- Provide competitor and market analysis to management.
- Ensure proper follow-up on customer credit and sales pipeline.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any major (S1).
- Minimum 13 years of working experience in the Tools industry (Power Tools Hand Tools etc.) with good knowledge of products and market trends.
- Strong B2B sales background preferably with exposure to master dealers distributors and end-users.
- Good communication skills positive attitude and high integrity.
- Knowledge of Central Java dealer and reseller markets & willing to do business trip
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- English at a conversational level
