TEMPORARY HR ADMINISTRATOR

Overview

This is an amazing opportunity to join an incredibly friendly and supportive team where being a fast learner and strong multitasker is key.

This role is to start as soon as possible so you must be immediately available or have a notice period of less than a week.

Details

  • 12.36 per hour
  • Monday Friday 9am 5pm (some flexibility available)
  • Initially 3 months until end of Jan
  • York-based with excellent transport links and free parking
  • Friendly supportive team and a great working environment
  • Immediate start required

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the HR team with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Assisting with recruitment activities posting job adverts coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication
  • Managing the shared HR inbox and responding promptly to queries
  • Supporting onboarding processes for new starters
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in HR systems
  • Assisting with HR projects and wider team initiatives
  • Getting stuck into whatever else is needed to keep things running smoothly

Experience

  • Experience in an HR Administrator or HR Assistant role
  • A can-do attitude with a passion for supporting people and processes
  • Someone team-focused adaptable and dependable
  • A genuine interest in HR and recruitment with a willingness to learn and get involved
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task effectively and stay calm under pressure
