About the role
Join our Motor Claims Customers team as an Operations Lead supporting the execution of strategic initiatives across Recoveries & Settlements. Youll contribute to workforce effectiveness asset governance and process optimisation helping shape the future of our operations.
What youll do
- Support the Operations Manager in delivering the Recoveries & Settlements strategy through collaboration and execution.
- Monitor performance across the portfolio identifying opportunities to improve productivity and customer outcomes.
- Lead operational improvement initiatives that enhance team effectiveness and reduce cost.
- Provide governance for digital assets (SaaS AI models bots) ensuring performance and compliance.
- Act as a senior technical referral point for operations technology and data.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams suppliers and industry stakeholders.
What youll bring
- Experience in insurance claims or financial services (5 years) with project delivery exposure (2 years).
- Strong analytical skills to generate actionable insights and drive performance.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly across diverse audiences.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills including with senior leaders.
- Adaptability in a fast-evolving environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset to enhance business outcomes.
