About the role
Join our Motor Claims Customers team as an Operations Lead supporting the execution of strategic initiatives across Recoveries & Settlements. Youll contribute to workforce effectiveness asset governance and process optimisation helping shape the future of our operations.
What youll do
Support the Operations Manager in delivering the Recoveries & Settlements strategy through collaboration and execution.
Monitor performance across the portfolio identifying opportunities to improve productivity and customer outcomes.
Lead operational improvement initiatives that enhance team effectiveness and reduce cost.
Provide governance for digital assets (SaaS AI models bots) ensuring performance and compliance.
Act as a senior technical referral point for operations technology and data.
Build strong relationships with internal teams suppliers and industry stakeholders.
What youll bring
Experience in insurance claims or financial services (5 years) with project delivery exposure (2 years).
Strong analytical skills to generate actionable insights and drive performance.
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly across diverse audiences.
Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills including with senior leaders.
Adaptability in a fast-evolving environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
Commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset to enhance business outcomes.
