Role Overview
At Reo Executive we know the right leader at the right time can transform an organisation. As an Executive Research Partner you will be accountable for leading managing and delivering end-to-end executive search assignments that directly impact the leadership capability of client organisations. This is a senior role requiring depth in market knowledge and the ability to work at board and executive levels.
You will own the full search lifecycle: from designing research strategies and leading market mapping projects to candidate assessment referencing and final appointment. Success in this role requires you to balance commercial outcomes with professional excellence.
Beyond individual assignments you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our executive search practice by shaping go-to-market strategies contributing to IP development.
