Our Vandalia OH location is currently seeking a highly motivatedRotational Program Co-Opto join our team.
This is anonsite positionin Vandalia OH. We are specifically looking for local candidates within driving distance of our site.
Your responsibilities will be:
Collaborate with mentors and team members to understand business operations and processes.
Participate and select 2-3 functions hands-on projects related to:
engineering
quality
sales
marketing
business development
customer service
scheduling
purchasing
environmental health & safety
Build professional relationships across various departments.
Contribute to large-scale projects where you will take a leading role.
Our Requirements:
Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Must have at least 3 semesters (spring summer fall) remaining to qualify for the program.
Available for full-time work (40 hours per week) during each 16-week rotation.
Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a passion for learning.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptable and eager to explore different functional areas.
Pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering business finance etc.).
