We are looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Assessment Lead to drive a comprehensive fit-gap analysis between current and target identity/access roles (SIGA vs. IMDL).
Objective
Lead a comprehensive assessment and fit-gap analysis between current and target identity/access roles (SIGA vs. IMDL IMDL is an internal access management tool developed by PMI and fully customized to internal needs) with a focus on risk reduction compliance and operational efficiency.
Required Experience:
- Deep expertise in modern Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms (e.g. Saviynt SailPoint) including role modeling recertification Segregation of Duties (SoD) and privileged access management.
- Proven experience in mapping legacy identity models to new platforms including role catalog migration SoD ruleset design and access recertification processes.
- Experience with privileged access frameworks emergency access roles and integration with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Strong understanding of Finance Access Models focusing on markets and entities across Planning Budget Consolidation and Management Reporting.
- Solid knowledge of audit compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g. SOX GxP) as they relate to identity and access controls.
- Ability to document and communicate access models role definitions and governance processes clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable:
- Experience with SAP GRC Azure AD/Entra ID and group-based access provisioning.
- Familiarity with access management in finance or regulated environments
