Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional part of the Business Application Consulting team you will support clients in managing their SAP technology solutions effectively. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex challenges mentor junior staff and maintain exceptional standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive client - Support clients in managing SAP technology solutions- Analyze challenges and develop strategies for resolution- Mentor junior staff to build their capabilities- Maintain standards of quality in deliverables- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success- Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders- Utilize critical thinking to address complex issues- Maintain compliance with operational standards and guidelinesWhat You Must Have- Bachelors Degree- 4 years of experience- Oral and written proficiency in English requiredWhat Sets You Apart- Experience in SAP Application Evolution Services preferred- Significant knowledge in UNIX/Linux and Windows OS platforms preferred-- Experience with HANA Database administration patching and upgrade. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities preferred- Experience in Kernel updates and Support Pack upgrades preferred- Ability to communicate confidently preferred- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager preferred-- Certification in ITIL
