Manager - Sales & Business Development
Responsibilities
- Develop a growth oriented sales plan in line with annual budget and ensure it is achieved by way of implementing effective strategies analyzing the market & closely monitor competition contribute to research & development risk factors order to ensure growth of the SBU.
- Evaluate and monitor the product portfolio by analyzing market potential and customer requirements initiating market research developing effective pricing strategies in order to achieve business objectives.
- Drive business development and promotional activities by gathering and analyzing industry information in order to uphold and improve the marketing and brand image of the Business Unit.
- Develop and manage the sales team through regular feedback and guidance on individual performance in order to ensure employee motivation & career development to achieve department objectives.
- Identify and ensure potential tenders are bid by confirming regular monitoring and establishing effective pricing strategies in order to become competitive in the market and secure large scale tenders.
Qualifications
- Relevant Sales & Marketing related Professional Qualification such as a Bachelors in Business Management CIM SLIM etc.
- Good negotiation Skill and Analytical mindset and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Minimum 8 Years experience as a sales professional with 3 years experience in Managerial level. Construction Industry experience is preferred.
Should be innovative dynamic and able to work on tight deadlines around the clock where your creativity will be challenged.
