Welcome to the Empire! As Supervisor of the KYC Department you will support and guide an energetic team of highly skilled support professionals working to provide the best service possible to Caesars guests.
Behold! Your teams primary role is to provide best in class account support services for guests registering and wagering on multiple online platforms. We aim to recreate the same White Glove service a guest experiences at a Caesars property when seeking assistance with their online wagering account.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the KYC team ensuring performance targets and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
Conflict Resolution: Manage and resolve complex requests with speed empathy and professionalism to deliver outstanding experiences to guests and internal customers.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with teams in VIP Hosting Payments Promotions iCasino Compliance AML Trading Product IT HR and Talent Acquisition to streamline service delivery.
Coaching & Development: Provide mentorship and regular feedback to team members fostering continuous improvement and high engagement.
Performance Optimization: Analyze team performance metrics and departmental feedback to identify trends and drive service enhancements.
Reporting: Deliver actionable insights and updates to KYC management and departments to support strategic decision-making.
Team Culture: Build a culture of trust accountability and excellence within the team and across departments.
Workforce Management: Maintain optimal staffing levels and schedule coverage to meet business demands across all shifts.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure team adherence to all gaming regulations compliance standards and complete necessary certifications and training.
Special Projects: Take ownership of evolving responsibilities and initiatives that support business growth and innovation.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role ideally within gaming hospitality sports betting or iGaming.
Availability: Must be willing to work nights weekends and holidays as needed.
Skills: Exceptional communication leadership problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Compliance: Demonstrated commitment to integrity and regulatory compliance in a highly regulated environment.
Licensing: Must be eligible to obtain applicable gaming licenses.
