Job Summary
Registered Nurses - Flinders Private Hospital
Applications are sought from enthusiastic and highly motivated Registered Nurses who have a passion for providing service excellence and can demonstrate proven experience working on a General Surgical ward.
About the role:
Ability to lead by example demonstrating the professionalism and culture of Flinders Private Hospital
Committed to continuous quality improvement
Committed to provision of quality nursing care education and customer service
Experience in General Surgical Nursing including colorectal nursing
Proven communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated understanding of National Safety and Quality Service Standards ACHA policies and procedures
Proven ability to effectively manage under pressure with competing demands
Ability to work flexible hours
South Australian DHS Working with Children Clearance

About you:
Provides leadership within a team with a can do attitude

Attention to detail and effective record management
Current AHPRA Registration
Minimum two years surgical experience as a Registered Nurse

Flinders Private Hospital offers a range of specialties including cardiology cardiothoracic surgery ENT surgery general medicine general surgery gynaecology neurosurgery orthopaedics plastic & reconstructive surgery oncology and urology. Flinders Private Hospital has 9 operating theatres a procedure room 3 angiography labs an infusion suite a 24/7 cardiac emergency centre and a 10 bed level 3 critical care unit.
If you are successful you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement the Adelaide Community Healthcare Alliance (ACHA) & Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF) South Australian Branch Nurses & Midwives Enterprise Agreement 2021-2024 (Agreement or Enterprise Agreement) (salaries range between $38.79- $53.04 per hour).
