This role is ideal for Arabic-speaking graduates looking to join a high-performing customer experience team that supports corporate clients of e& Egypt.
Handle inbound inquiries from corporate clients related to services and technical issues
Provide accurate and timely resolutions following internal protocols
Escalate complex cases to relevant teams
Maintain professional records of interactions and solutions
Meet service KPIs and maintain high customer satisfaction
Requirements
Must be a university graduate (students are not eligible)
Fluent Arabic communication
A2 English level or above
Willing to work on-site in Smart Village
Open to rotational shifts (ending at 9 PM for females 3 AM for males)
Able to work on rotational days off
Fresh graduates are welcome

Basic Salary: EGP 5020.24
KPI Bonus: EGP 1255.06 (gross)
Total Monthly Package: EGP 6275.30 (gross)
