Job Summary

This is a remote position.

The Role

We re looking for a Lead Copywriter who can grow Mumzworld s brand voice through thoughtful emotional and strategic writing - in English first with strong Arabic capability. You ll own day-to-day English copy needs across campaigns and all channels including CRM Social Media and digital.

You should be confident crafting everything from hero campaign headlines to UX copy - and comfortable switching from supportive messaging to conversion-focused copy when needed.




What You ll Do

  • Lead all English copy development across marketing social CRM product and packaging

  • Partner with the Arabic copywriter to maintain consistency across languages and step in during leave

  • Interpret briefs propose angles and bring insight-driven ideas to the table

  • Craft headlines taglines carousel copy email subject lines product messages and more

  • Help refine and evolve Mumzworld s tone of voice as the brand grows

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director Designers and Brand team to deliver impactful on-brand work

  • Edit and review content from other departments to ensure tone clarity and quality



Requirements

Who You Are

  • 6 8 years of experience in brand digital or performance copywriting

  • English-first writer with fluent Arabic - able to write or edit in both

  • Experience writing for UAE KSA or broader GCC audiences

  • Strong understanding of tone emotional nuance and parent-first communication

  • Can work independently remotely and meet deadlines consistently

  • Experience in e-commerce fashion parenting beauty or digital-first brands is a plus

  • Familiar with Google Docs and collaborative workflows




Bonus Points

  • Experience with performance writing (ads emails product copy)

  • Comfort with fast feedback loops and creative iteration

  • Familiarity with parenting or motherhood topics in the GCC



Qualification Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns (Search and PMax) for e-commerce or retail brands (mandatory). Strong expertise in Google Merchant Center, product feed management, and shopping campaign strategy. Demonstrated ability to lead the creative process from ideation to execution with performance as the core objective. Solid understanding of paid media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat with the ability to integrate multi-channel insights. Experience with MMPs (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust) and analytics tools like GA4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic action. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
