Required Skills & Qualifications:

10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in ServiceNow design and architecture.
Proven expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM HRSD or CSM.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture including CMDB Flow Designer Integration Hub and Scoped Applications.
Experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST SOAP and third-party APIs.
Knowledge of Service Portal UI Policies Business Rules Script Includes and advanced scripting (JavaScript Glide API).
Experience with ServiceNow ATF Discovery and CMDB normalization/reconciliation.
Familiarity with ITIL v4 / ITSM processes and enterprise-level governance frameworks.
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) required; Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
