Job Summary

Were seeking a driven and strategic National Sales Manager to lead direct sales efforts across the U.S. This is an individual contributor role focused on selling construction-related services to facility managers in commercial industrial and institutional environments. The position is 100% remote and requires up to 80% travel for client meetings site visits and industry events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business development by selling construction services directly to facility managers and operational leaders
  • Build and manage a personal pipeline of qualified opportunities across multiple regions
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs and operational challenges
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and client meetings
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and performance metrics in CRM
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of B2B sales experience in construction services building maintenance or facilities management
  • Proven success selling to facility managers or property decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of service contracts compliance and construction workflows
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel nationally up to 80%
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
