ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for managing the onboarding and new joiner documentation including handover of
joining kit.
Keep a track of joning kit inventory and proactice work with HR business partner to procur the
stock.
Responsible for calendar management and documentation of internal and external candidate
interviews on need basis.
Handle human resources employee data ensuring full compliance with the confidentiality policy.
Maintain the new hire and termination processes and employee lifecycle events.
Participate in projects related to process optimization and standardization.
Maintain documentation hard and soft copies of the New hire employees (Pre-Hire to Post-Hire
Documentation).
Support HR Head and HR Business partners in maintaining employee data and prepare the HR
Dashboard and Organisation structure on monhtly basis.
Preparation of employee letters like appointment letters notice period buy-out relocation role
change letter internship etc as and when required.
Ensure updation and manage the physical and digital employee personal files.
Work with HR backend operations teams (People Resource Hub) for timely completion of back-
ground verification.
Being pro-active in managing tasks and prioritize them and complete within timeline.
CRITICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Good working knowledge of MS Excel MS Office and PowerPoint
Effective written and oral communication skills are required.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
1-3 years of experience in HR coordinator TA Operations & administrative Role.
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience with email excel powerpoint and word processing applications
Ability to work in fast pace enviroment prioritize and complete projects within timeline
