Job Summary:-
The HR Business Partner / HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to business leaders across manufacturing plants and corporate functions. The role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives driving workforce planning talent management employee relations and organizational effectiveness. The incumbent will ensure robust HR processes statutory compliance and a strong people-centric culture while supporting both shop-floor and corporate employees through the full employee lifecycle.
Key Requirements:-
Experience: 10 years in HR preferably in manufacturing/industrial setups.
Payroll & Compliance: Manage payroll PF/ESIC statutory registers and audits.
Labour Laws & IR: Knowledge of labour regulations IR practices and contract labour management.
Employee Lifecycle: Handle end-to-end processes from hiring to exit.
Policies: Draft and implement HR policies aligned to business needs.
Performance & Engagement: Run PMS cycles goal-setting and employee engagement activities.
Change Management: Drive HR initiatives to improve culture and processes.
HR Systems: Use HRIS and reporting tools for data accuracy and insights.
Recruitment: Manage hiring for plant and corporate roles plus vendor coordination.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with leaders to solve people challenges.
Factory HR & Welfare: Ensure compliance with Factories Act safety and welfare provisions.
Learning & Development: Identify training needs and arrange programmes. Workforce Coverage: Experience handling both white-collar staff and blue-collar workers.
Hands-on Mindset: Balance operational tasks with strategic projects.
