Role Overview
The Sales Office Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department. Youll manage the Head of Sales diary coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders assist with marketing initiatives prepare reports and oversee the administrative aspects of sales processes.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the Head of Sales office calendar and communication with discretion.

Prepare reports presentations correspondence and contracts.

Coordinate departmental budgets expense claims and recordkeeping.

Support the sales team with offers order confirmations and CRM updates.

Compile and analyse sales and market data for management reports.

Assist with organising marketing activities events and exhibitions.

Ensure departmental compliance with company policies and administrative processes.
Requirements

Matric and a Secretarial Diploma or relevant tertiary qualification.

5 years experience in a similar sales administrative or executive support role.

Advanced MS Office skills (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook).

Strong organisational analytical and reporting abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Professional discreet and detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
