Duties & Responsibilities

Track and reconcile IT hardware across systems like Intune and Active Directory
Maintain sharp compliant asset records
Ensure smooth device transitions during onboarding and offboarding
Liaise with internal teams and vendors on leases renewals and replacements
Generate reports and dashboards that drive decisions
Spot and resolve non-compliance before it escalates

Your Toolkit:
24 years experience in IT Asset Management Desktop Support or similar
Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow SysAid or Reftab
Hands-on with Microsoft Intune SCCM Excel and Power BI
Detail-driven methodical and great at cross-functional collaboration
Strong communicator with a knack for spotting what others miss
