Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue
targets and expand market presence.
Client Relationship Management: Qualify and prospect clients that have a need for national services. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Solution Selling: Present and sell customized solutions for move management logistics office furniture office design commercial construction and facilities management.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams and national partners to ensure
seamless service delivery.
Networking: Attend industry events to generate leads and expand client
base.
Reporting: Track sales activities pipeline margin and forecast
performance.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3 years outside professional sales any experience within
the move management logistics storage furniture design construction
or facilities management will accelerate sales timeline.
Skills: Strong sales strategic thinker negotiation and communication skills; discipline and consistency prospecting outreach.
Education: Bachelors degree (preferred not mandated)
Other: Ability to travel and proficiency in CRM software. Must be a self-starter goal oriented and comfortable networking and cold calling. This is a hunter position.
