These individuals oversee project selection prioritisation and resource allocation to facilitate successful project delivery.In agile and scrum management at PwC you will focus on implementing and optimising agile methodologies and scrum frameworks to drive efficient project delivery and collaboration. You will be coaching teams facilitating agile ceremonies and enabling continuous improvement in project management practices.

You are responsible for coaching leveraging team members unique strengths and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Project Portfolio Management team you will enable teams to deliver quality software through focus collaboration and continuous improvement. As a Manager you will lead teams and manage client accounts focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. This role empowers you to cultivate a culture of excellence in Agile practices driving impactful delivery while enhancing your leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 7 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- 7 years of experience in software delivery
- Proven track record in leading Agile delivery teams
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Skilled in Jira Azure DevOps or equivalent tools
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PMI-ACP PMP
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks
- Background in software development or IT infrastructure
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Prior consulting or client-facing project experience
