Senior Manager/DGM- Go to Market strategy
As a Senior Manager you innovate processes lead large projects and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a strategic level to drive project success. Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Management Commerce Economics etc Masters will be an added advantage
- 10 to12 years of marketing campaign management or digital communications experience
- 8 to 10 years in leadership roles with global stakeholder alignment
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Exceptional proficiency in Salesforce Salesforce/Tableau Analytics
- Significant knowledge of Market research /compliance in a corporate setting
- Strategic leadership and stakeholder influence skills
- People management and operational agility skills
- Leading teams with clarity and empathy
- Excelling in decision-making and executive communication
- Managing escalations and driving continuous improvement
