Youll build our networks while sourcing and converting new sales opportunities on a global basis to meet business targets. Youll also:
identify and initiate contact with organisations about new business opportunities
prepare new business proposals and present at pitches
work with our Culture Consultant to drive impactful solutions for new clients
deliver presentations at conferences and events
lead client meetings involving complex ideas solutions and data
ensure proposals are high quality timely and profitable
report measure and forecast sales performance
meet sales KPIs
support future investment planning strategies and forecasts
build strong networks and nurture connections
work collaboratively with teams across the agency.
RequirementsWere looking for askilledsales professional with substantialknowledgegained in organisational culture and employeeexperience. Youll also need:
a proven ability of introducing and converting culture related opportunities
a strong network of influencers and decision makers within the HR community
the ability to manage your pipeline and develop it beyond the first sale
to behappy to travel for work in the UK and internationally.
