- Confidently consult with stakeholders across the business to understand capability gaps and translate business needs into effective learning solutions
- Design and deliver engaging digital and blended learning using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Curate manage and continuously improve learning content within the Learning Experience Platform (LXP)
- Support the rollout and ongoing delivery of leadership and manager development programmes
- Act as a trusted advisor recommending practical learning interventions that improve performance
- Coordinate learning initiatives across the organisation ensuring consistency and quality
- Create clear internal communications to drive engagement with learning and development activity
- Track learning engagement and impact producing meaningful insights to support data-informed decisions
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance learning design personalise learning experiences and optimise programme delivery

Education
A background in Learning & Development Instructional Design or Learning Delivery within a fast-paced environment
Experience
35 years experience in a Learning Consultant Instructional Designer or similar role
Experience managing content within an LMS or LXP
Exposure to manager or soft-skills development programmes
Working cross-functionally with subject matter experts
Confident using authoring tools and digital content platforms
Experience supporting learning in a matrix or multinational environment (desirable)
