Document Control Advisor

Work. Ready to shape the future of information excellence Sunwater is calling on passionate Document Control Specialists to step into a pivotal 12-month fixed-term role (available for an immediate start) as our Document Controller Advisor.

In this role youll be essential in transitioning critical documentation from projects to operations embedding change that sticks and elevates how we manage information across the board.

In addition you will:-

• Apply business analysis techniques to define and document requirements for document management solutions.
• Deliver training (in Brisbane and regionally) support and best-practice documentation across corporate and project environments.
• Advise on solution design and support piloting/testing to address business needs and improve system effectiveness.

To thrive in this role youll bring at least five years of hands-on experience in project document control with a strong focus on managing documents reviews and correspondence. Youll hold a degree in Information and Data Science or a related discipline or possess equivalent practical experience. Ideally youll have worked on medium-scale projects - preferably within the government sector - and be proficient in using project information management systems such as TeamBinder OpenText or Aconex.

Note this role will require occasional travel to our regional locations.

This role (available for an immediate start) offers an array of attractive benefits including base salary starting from $126113.78per annum 12.75% superannuation access to banked time and TOIL 17.5% leave loading and a genuine emphasis on work/life balance.
