Were looking for a Document Control Administrator who thrives on organisation accuracy and this role youll be the backbone of our document management process - ensuring technical documents and drawings are controlled compliant and accessible to the teams that keep WA moving.
Fixed Term December 2026
What Youll Do
- Own the document lifecycle manage version control reviews and approvals to keep everything accurate and compliant.
- Maintain high-quality standards and ensure all controlled documents meet ISO 9001 requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in document management processes and share best practices across the business.
- Deliver training and create user guides to help teams get the most out of our Electronic Document Management System.
- Manage archives and coordinate with external providers for secure storage and retrieval of physical records.
About You
- Ideally a min of 3 years in Corporate Document Control.
- Experience in document control and lifecycle management ideally in an ISO 9001 environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements for records management and legal standards.
- Certificate in a relevant discipline is a plus but not essential.
