Working closely with senior leaders and managing a dynamic team youll ensure the campus runs smoothly and strategically. This is a unique opportunity to take charge of the operational heartbeat of a thriving campus. As Campus Business Manager youll oversee everything from financial governance and budget planning to facilities grounds catering and health services. Youll lead a multi-disciplinary team manage key service contracts and work closely with senior leaders to deliver strategic initiatives and major projects.
Your role will span planning payroll timesheet oversight procurement and compliance ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and long-term sustainability. Youll also play a key part in staff engagement risk management and emergency planning making this a truly diverse and impactful leadership position.
