Job Summary
Quality Staffing Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping & Inventory Lead to join a growing production team in Nashville TN. The ideal candidate will be highly organized capable of establishing and following clear procedures and an excellent communicator. Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am to 2:30pm (overtime may be required) Pay rate$16.00 to $17.00 (BOE)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the shipment of all products materials and supplies.
- Collaborate and communicate with production personnel sales and account coordinators service providers and others involved in the shipment of products.
- Track trace and update the status of outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean organized and member-ready work area.
- Keep accurate daily logs of product movement inventory scanning and counts.
- Engage with vendors and drivers in a professional and positive manner.
- Provide additional backup support to shipping and receiving departments as needed.
- Scan sort pull pack and load outgoing stock efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- High school diploma GED or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in shipping inventory or warehouse coordination is preferred.
