Were looking for an experienced Staff Business Systems Analyst - Payroll Application (Dayforce Focus) to join our Corporate IT Business Applications team. This role offers flexibility to work remotely within the United States with a preference for candidates based near our San Jose CA office who can participate in a hybrid schedule (3 days per week onsite). Reporting to the Sr. Manager Payroll Application you will be responsible for:

• Application management as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Dayforce Payroll application ensuring optimal usage and system performance
• Collaborating with payroll and HR stakeholders to gather and document business requirements to align processes with system capabilities
• Leading system upgrades integrations and configuration projects analyzing business needs to design solutions that improve workforce management efficiency
• Investigating and resolving payroll system issues while providing end-user support and training
• Generating reports and dashboards to provide insights into payroll operations and HR metrics and addressing data needs

What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration Information Systems or a related field
• 7 years of experience managing payroll applications with strong focus on Dayforce or similar payroll applications like ADP or Workday Payroll
• Solid understanding of payroll processes federal and state labor laws tax laws and compliance measures
• Proven ability to configure and optimize payroll systems and document workflows with technical implementation strategies

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience integrating Dayforce with ERP or HCM systems
• Dayforce skills - WFM Benefits Integration Studio and Timesheets
• Dayforce ICP implementation experience
