Job Summary
Our client is a market leader in the deal advisory space. They require a Corporate Finance Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

Requirements are as follows -
- Minimum 3 years post qualification experience in Investment Banking
- Merger & Acquisition experience gained in a dedicated M&A role or experience in a more broad transaction advisory role
- ACA qualified or equivalent
- APA/QFA/Registered Stockbroker or other recognised qualification
- Strong IT and analytics skills
- Excellent communication financial modelling and report writing skills
