Job Summary
As a Senior Product Manager on our Platform Team youll play a critical role in shaping the foundation that enables innovation across our entire product portfolio.
Youll lead the strategy roadmap and execution for core platform capabilities that serve multiple product linesdriving scalability reliability and a seamless customer experience across Daxkos suite of solutions. Youll partner closely with engineering product line leaders and business stakeholders to ensure that the platform delivers measurable value for our customers and our teams.
This is a high-impact role for a product leader who loves thinking systemically working across boundaries and connecting strategy to outcomes.
What Youll Do:
- Own the vision and strategy for platform capabilities that power multiple Daxko products balancing business needs with technical feasibility and long-term scalability.
- Define and prioritize the platform roadmap including shared services integrations and architecture improvements that enable speed and innovation across teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product line managers engineering and design to ensure platform initiatives align with customer and business priorities.
- Drive measurable impact tracking success through adoption system performance developer enablement and commercial outcomes.
- Act as the voice of the customer and internal teams identifying pain points and opportunities for consistency and efficiency across the product ecosystem.
- Champion interoperability and reusability ensuring our platform supports a unified best-in-class experience for customers and end users.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business cases and actionable priorities that rally stakeholders and secure alignment.
- Serve as an internal evangelist helping Daxko teams understand and leverage the platforms full potential.
- Contribute to go-to-market success by supporting enablement documentation and internal communication around new platform capabilities.
Qualifications :
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading platform or infrastructure-level product initiatives within a multi-product SaaS organization with Health and Fitness software Membership Management Systems or CRMs.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect platform investments to business outcomes.
- Demonstrated success working across multiple teams and disciplines to deliver shared scalable solutions.
- Experience managing technical products or services such as APIs integrations authentication data pipelines or developer tools.
- A passion for customer-centric thinkingeven when your customers are internal product and engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with a track record of aligning stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced dynamic environment where priorities evolve and collaboration is key.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field; OR equivalent experience
- 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management or a related area
- Experience delivering products or platform integrations to market in the Health and Fitness industry or with Membership Management and CRM systems
- Experience managing products or platforms with measurable business impact
- Strong analytical presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Product management certification (Pragmatic Marketing or equivalent)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in a related field
- 8 years of experience in product management ideally within a multi-product SaaS ecosystem
Additional Information :
The pay range for this role is $120000 - $150000 per year. Where you fall within the pay range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal addition to base salary we offer a comprehensive benefits package performance-based incentives and opportunities for growth.
